At present, insurance companies do not pay insurance if the company does not have the building permits and final receipts duly authorized.

We are a subsidiary of ECEAD, since 1985 we have been in the market of regularizations of private industries, international holding companies, banks, power plants, universities and schools, etc.

REGULARIZATION

We regularize any anomalous situation of an industry, from building permits to final receptions, situations before the Seremi de Salud, Industrial Qualifications, water sanitation, changes in land use (IFC).

We have vast experience in the proceedings before the Municipal Works Directorates of any commune in the country, before the regional Health Seremi's and before the Agricultural and Livestock Service.
